• Listing data: property information submitted by owners/agents via our LINE group or admin portal.

• Saved favourites: stored locally in your browser (localStorage) — never sent to our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• To respond to property enquiries you initiate.
• To match buyers/renters with suitable listings (with your consent).
• To operate and improve the platform.
• To comply with legal obligations under Thai law.

4. Data Retention

Contact enquiry data is retained for up to 2 years. Listing data is retained for the duration the listing is active plus 1 year. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Your Rights (PDPA)

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:

• LINE Messaging API: for our bot and communication features. Subject to LINE Corporation's privacy policy.
• Vercel: web hosting provider. Data processed in accordance with Vercel's DPA.
• Anthropic Claude API: used to parse listing text — no personal contact information is sent to this service.

7. Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies necessary for operation (session management). We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies that share data with third parties. Your saved favourites are stored in browser localStorage and never transmitted to our servers.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
